Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Return telephone calls from voice mail messages
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Order supplies online and keep track of cleaning inventory

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

House Cleaner

We are seeking a House Cleaner to join our team! You will perform a variety of cleaning within the San Diego area.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean residential homes and vacation rentals
  • Ensure a clean and orderly environment
  • Sterilize various tools and equipment
  • Move reasonably small furniture as necessary
  • Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in house cleaning or other related fields
  • Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail is a must
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments
  • Must be able to work in the United States
  • Must have reliable transportation

Laundry 

We are seeking a Laundry Attendant join our rock star cleaning team! You will perform a variety of cleaning within the Ocean Beach and Point Loma areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Green and Ivy Cleaning Services guidelines to ensure health, safety, and comfort for our team members and clients. 
  • Utilize Proper Protective Equipment (PPE) as required and in accordance with property specific guidelines. 
  • Sort linens for washing. 
  • Check for stains and treat appropriately.
  • Wash, dry, fold linen. Pickup linens and deliver as requested. 
  • Store linen in appropriate location. 
  • Maintain assigned work area in a clean and safe condition.
  • Report any missing/found articles or damage to your supervisor. 
  • Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor always. 
  • Communicate effectively with fellow team members. 
  • Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the team. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
